Warranty Information:

Every Sparks guitar has a five year warranty which covers any problem caused to the instrument due to our assembly only. If the instrument is subjected to abuse, including rough handling, or exposure to sudden or extreme temperature and/or humidity, the warranty will become void. All finishes have the potential to change or "shrink" over time, and may take on the contour of wood grain, or seams.  This change in finish is not covered under warranty. Every care should also be taken to keep the truss rod adjusted so it does not warp or twist the neck. This also is not covered under warranty. Return Policy:

We have a three day return policy at Sparks guitars because it is very important to us that you are happy with the instrument you are purchasing. All our instruments are handmade, and as with any instrument, every care is taken to avoid any defects , however, there can be minor finish flaws, and variations in color as to what was ordered, due to the samples on our color page being just that, SAMPLES. We of course try to match colors as closely as we can. All instruments returned must be in the same condition it was in when it left our shop. The cost of repairing an instrument shall be the responsibility of the buyer. So it is suggested that shipping insurance be purchased. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
